All California Charter Schools are eligible to apply. In order to receive funding you must either be incorporated as a nonprofit or be operated by a nonprofit, and be in good standing with your authorizer.
In order to receive funding:
• Schools must either be formed as a nonprofit corporation, or be run by one
• Schools must be in good standing with their authorizer
• Other conditions may apply on a case by case basis

All Minnesota Charter Schools are eligible to apply.
• There is no “free and reduced lunch” requirement
• There are no membership requirements
